Yars İç ve Dış Ticaret Limited Company was founded in June 2019 by founding partners Ahmet Ramiz, Pelin Demirdağ Erdikler, and Yavuz Sade. Initially, Yars started as the Turkish distributor for the Sarantis Group, distributing the group’s Bioten, Carroten, and Str8 brands in Turkey.

Subsequently, Yars became the Turkish distributor for Augustinus Bader, one of the world's fastest-growing luxury brands.

As of 2024, Yars, with its expanding brand portfolio, has become the Turkish distributor for a total of seven brands.

As Yars İç ve Dış Ticaret Limited Company, we supply brands to Turkey’s largest retail chains, including Beymen, Gratis, Watsons, Mion, Migros, Macrocenter, and Sevil, as well as to prestigious locations such as hotel spas and beauty centers.
